Welcome to the 2023 Kukio Festive Form!  Please use this online Registration Form to submit your Festive requests.  By completing all sections, you will be able to request most of your club activities.  All requests will be reviewed by our team based on your priority designation. Please use one form, which may be edited until Tuesday, October 31st, for the entire group within one membership.

The Guest Policy at Festive Will Be Ten People Total Regardless of How They Are Related To You
The Festive policy will allow each Member to have ten (10) persons total per membership during the Festive peak restricted period, no matter how they are related to you.  The Festive Peak Period is Thursday, December 21st, 2023 – Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.  Mahalo in advance for your understanding and cooperation with respect to these changes. Initial reservation requests will be accepted through October 31st.
Starting November 1st, we will begin placing specific reservations and confirmation letters will be sent before the Thanksgiving holiday.  Requests made after this date will likely have limited availability.
