The Form is now open and requests will be accepted through Saturday, Oct. 31st. Starting Nov. 1st, we will begin placing specific reservations and a confirmation letter will be sent once this process is complete.
Thanksgiving week is not included in the Festive Form restricted dates. Please contact Concierge@kukio.com with any questions.
REGISTRATION
How do I log in?
1. Log into https://www.kukiofestive.com/ using the primary member’s email as your username.
2. Enter the initial password: Festive2026! (case-sensitive). You’ll then be prompted to change your password and log in again. “Show password” is a helpful tool. This link can be opened from any device with an internet browser, but is best viewed on a desktop computer or tablet using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. All immediate and extended family within the membership may access the form with the same login.
It says inactive under Activities. How do I request Activities?
1. Register your attendees and visit dates
2. Commit Group
3. Once committed, you may proceed to Activities
*Tip: Commit and Lock your group. Once committed, the Activities tab will be “Activated” and you can begin requesting activities. The form auto saves after every entry and requests may be viewed by clicking on “View Entire Itinerary”. IMPORTANT: The Festive Group cannot be changed once set. To make changes, contact Concierge to reset your form. Please note this will erase any existing activity requests. We recommend that you print your entire itinerary before requesting a reset.
My guests have scattered visit dates that do not overlap and exceed the maximum member/guest allotment. How should I register them in the Festive form?
If you have multiple visit dates during the peak period, but no more than 10 total people per day, please contact Concierge prior to setting your Festive group.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, click “Forgot Password?” to request a reset link.
Does each family member complete their own form?
Please use one form per membership. If family members would like to add requests, please start the form and share the password so they may continue. All family members within the membership will use the same form. The form auto-saves after every entry, and requests can be viewed under “View Entire Itinerary”.
Can anyone complete this form?
The person completing this form can be anyone; the member, a family member, an assistant, etc. Please use the primary member’s email as your username to login.
Will this login change my Kūki`o App login?
No, this login is exclusive to the Festive Form.
Family member is listed incorrectly or not listed on the drop down field.

MAKING A RESERVATION REQUEST
How do I reassign priority?
As requests are submitted, selected priority numbers will no longer be available. To change a priority, simply select a different number. Priorities help us fulfill your most important requests first. For example, if celebrating a special occasion, select your preferred restaurant and time as priority 1.
Adult Member Children and family will be visiting and the Primary Member will not be on island. What is the best way to manage the form?
Individual requests should be made for the person participating in the activity. For group activities (dining, paddles, etc.) please choose the name of the adult member in charge of reservations.
How long do I have to make edits to my form?
You may view and edit your form until 5:00p HST on October 31st, 2026. At that time, the form will close and you may only view but not modify your requests. Requests made after the deadline will likely have limited availability.
My visit date extends before or after the Festive Period. How do I submit requests during that time?
The Festive restricted period is Saturday, December 19th, 2026 – Sunday, January 3rd, 2027. Requests that fall before and after the peak period may be submitted on the App or in a separate email to concierge@kukio.com. Dining reservations outside of the Festive period are available 60 days prior. All other activity requests will be available the month prior on the 1st. For example, Spa, Tennis and OP requests for the period of December 1st – December 18th may be made on November 1st.
When will we receive our confirmations back?
It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to process the requests. We hope to send confirmations letters prior to Thanksgiving week.
What are the Cancellation Policies?
- DINING – Reservations must be cancelled by 5:00p the day before, so we may clear the wait list. There will be a no-show charge of $100.00 per person. The restaurant appreciates your punctuality. A table cannot be guaranteed if you arrive outside of your confirmed reservation time and reservations will only be held for 15 minutes.
- SPA – 12 hour cancellation policy
- TENNIS – 24 hour cancellation notice, 12 hour advanced notice for additional bookings.
- NOIO ‘IMI KAI OCEAN ADVENTURE – 48 hour cancellation policy
- OP (OUTRIGGER CANOE) – 4 hour cancellation policy
